Gary Belanger is currently a
Supervisory Officer for US Customs and Border Protection located in Hartford, CT. Gary started his Law Enforcement career with the Military Police (USMC), then with the Berlin Police Dept (Berlin CT) and from there
as an Officer with the US Immigration Service. All told Gary has over 20 years in Law Enforcement. He is an active firearms instructor and an avid shooter who believes in the old cliché of "practice makes
perfect". Gary was introduced to the CAR system in August of 2004 and has since become one of its strongest believers and practitioners.
